Is a beixo bike for sale in a bicycle shop?

Yes, beixo bikes are for sale in a growing number of bikeshops all over Europe. No beixo dealer near you? Ask your local bikeshop to contact us.
There is also the possibility to order your beixo through our webshop.

I want to buy a beixo bike online, how does it work?

1. Go to our beixo webshop and select your model 
2. select the accessories
3. confirm your order
4. an e-mail message is sent to confirm your order
5. transfer the total purchase amount
6. after reception of payment, beixo will be shipped
7. an e-mail message with the exact delivery data is sent.

Is the beixo online shop safe?

Yes, absolutely. We work with the secure Buckaroo-payment engine for all our payments. Certain larger payments with Credit Card are only accepted with additional identifiction.

What does this "no good, money back guarantee" entail?

If by any chance you are not entirely satisfied with beixo, for whatever reason, you will get your money back: no questions asked. The only limitation is that you have to send beixo back to us in the original box within 3 working days after reception and that beixo is not scratched or damaged in any other way since we want to resell it again. Please contact beixo when you want to lay claim to our "no good, money back guarantee" for further and specific information.

FAQ warranty

What kind of warranty does beixo give me?

A three year warranty on the frame and a twelve months warranty on all rotating parts. The shaft drive system has a three year warranty. Only the first owner can claim this warranty. Wear and tear does not fall into this warranty. The warranty expires in the following cases: when accessories are wrongly assembled, when the cardan drive has been taken apart and when beixo is used for improper purposes such as stunt riding.

How is an insurance claim handled?

We believe strongly in our product and will do everything we can to keep a customer satisfied at all times.
If you do want to file an insurance claim, please let us know at info@beixo.com. There are two possibilities:
- In case of frame damage you can easily return beixo free of charge and a new beixo will be sent to you.
- In case of any other type of damage, you can have beixo repaired at a local repair man's shop and we will take of all the costs.
